Situated at the top of the site opposite an open grassed area with safe play facilities for children.

Accommodation comprising of large Lounge / Dining area with dining table, bench seating and additional stools, leading onto kitchen area with fridge and full gas cooker, plenty of storage and worktops together with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.  There is also a counter top freezer, a must in summer.

Master bedroom with double bed dressing table and wardrobes.  Second & Third bedrooms have single beds and wardrobes.  W.C. and wash basin room and separate shower room with wash hand basin.  

Water heater cupboard and storage for brooms etc.

Outside generous patio table with parasol and chairs and Gas BBQ for out door dining.

Being at the top of the site there is little passing foot or vehicular traffic.  Parking at van
