Accommodation comprising of Lounge / Dining area with bench seating, dining table and stool.  Kitchen area leading off to one side with fridge / freezer essential in summer and full cooker.  Plenty of cupboards and storage with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for six.

Master bedroom with double bed with storage lockers over and wardrobe.  Second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe.  The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom with walk-in glass door shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.  There is a water heater cupboard with brooms etc and plenty of storage space in the lounge area.  Outside generous patio table with parasol and chairs and Gas BBQ for out door dining.  Parking is at the plot.
