Situated at the end of an avenue protected on three side by hedges to afford guests privacy

Accommodation comprising of central Lounge / Dining area with bench seating, dining table and stool. Kitchen area off to one side with fridge/freezer essential in summer and full cooker & microwave oven. Plenty of cupboards and storage with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for six.

Master bedroom with double bed with storage lockers over and wardrobe.  Second bedroom at opposite end of mobile home with two single beds and wardrobe.  The bedrooms are separated by the living area. Bathroom with walk-in glass door shower and wash hand basin and separate w.c. next to double bedroom. There is a water heater cupboard in the kitchen and plenty of storage space in the lounge area.

Outside generous patio table with parasol and chairs and Gas BBQ for out door dining.  Parking is at the plot
