Terms & Conditions
- 1. Romsey- finder is a trading name of Town Finder Ltd (the Company)
- 2. The Company is the owner and publisher of www.Romsey-finder.co.uk
- 3. In consideration of the Company publishing material pertaining to or submitted by the Advertiser / Contributor (the Client) agrees that:
- a) the Company shall not be liable for non publication for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to technical failure
- b) the Company may at its sole discretion amend, alter, suspend, move or remove any entry
- 4. The Client warrants that they own (or hold a licence to use for these purposes) the copyright to any material submitted including but not limited to logos, images, strap lines and the like and grant the Company a non exclusive licence to use such material on any site owned by the Company
- 5. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors and officers, against any action (actual or threatened) civil or criminal (including legal costs) arising from material submitted for publication and further agrees that the Company may settle, compromise or otherwise dispose of any action (actual or threatened) as it in its sole discretion sees fit.
- 6. The Company may at its sole discretion refuse to accept for publication any material it believes is or may be construed as illegal, pornographic, discriminatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate
- 7. The Client may link from a web site or email to www.romsey-finder.co.uk . Where such link is provided it should be to the index page or to the client’s web page on the site.
- 8. Where a link is requested from this site to a clients web page or email address the Client is responsible for ensuring the link address remains live and the Company shall have the right to remove broken links without return of set up charges or unexpired rental.
- 9. Where the Company provides an email address it will use its best endeavours to forward mail promptly by the agreed route but shall not be liable for non delivery or late delivery from any cause including but not limited to technical failure. Where mail is delivered by ordinary post the Client shall be liable for first class postage charges as incurred in addition to the monthly charge.
- 10. The Company does not accept material that contains streaming audio or video or script that seeks to alter or amend viewers browser settings or that links to sites the Company in its sole discretion considers inappropriate.
- 11. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all material submitted electronically is free from viruses or similar disruptive script or elements and shall be liable for all costs and losses (including consequential loss) resulting from submission of material containing such script or elements.
- 12. The laws of England shall apply to these terms and conditions
