1. No booking is final until accepted and confirmed by the owner

2. 'Venez Vendee' is NOT a holiday company or tour operator and is therefore not bonded. All contracts are with the individual owner and 'Venez Vendee' is not liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused

3. These are privately owned mobile homes, and the hosts on site, while happy to assist you with any problems are NOT responsible for cleaning the mobile home. I am responsible for ensuring the mobile home is left clean and tidy. The security deposit  will be retained until confirmation that the accommodation has been vacated in a suitable condition is obtained (usually within 14 days).

4. The campsite reserves the right to eject anyone who causes disturbance or annoyance or causes damage, in which event the owner shall retain all amounts paid.

5. If, for any reason beyond the control of the owner, the mobile home in not available for the period booked, the owner shall only be liable to repay any amount paid to the owner.

6. Facilities are at the discretion of the site operator and may not be available or times may vary (particularly early or late season)

7. Any contract  resulting is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of  English  Law
