As each mobile home is individually owned, each has personal touches but all are fully equipped for six persons.
'Venez Vendee' has hosts on site throughout the season. The hosts have a good knowledge of the local area.
N.B.1 'Venez Vendee' is NOT a holiday company or tour operator and is therefore not bonded. All contracts are with the individual owner and 'Venez Vendee' is not liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused
N.B.2 These are privately owned mobile homes, and the hosts on site, while happy to assist you with any problems are NOT responsible for cleaning the mobile home.You are responsible for ensuring the mobile home is left clean and tidy. A security deposit will be added to your invoice and will be retained until confirmation that the accommodation has been vacated in a suitable condition is obtained (usually within 14 days).
The campsite does not permit bookings from single sex groups under 30. The campsite reserves the right to eject anyone who causes disturbance or annoyance or causes damage, in which event the owner shall retain all amounts paid.
If, for any reason beyond the control of the owner, the mobile home in not available for the period booked, the owner shall only be liable to repay any amount paid to the owner.
Equipment: All the mobile homes are equipped for six persons As they are privately owned, many have additional equipment available, however loss, breakages or failures can occur through a season and such additional equipment is not guaranteed to be available. You must provide: Bed Linen, Pillow Cases, Towels and Tea Towels
Insurance: It is strongly recommended that you effect Travel/ Holiday Insurance as a an E111 provides very little ‘cover’. In the event that you have to cancel or curtail your holiday the owner may retain all or most of the amount paid.
Safety: All the caravans are fitted with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers and have an annual gas safety check as required by French legislation.
Tourist Tax: A local tax of 0.44 Euros per day (about 30p) is payable for persons aged over 12 (on 1st April) and this will be added to your final invoice.
Disabled Access: While disabled access around the site is generally good, please be aware that all the mobile homes have at least two or three steps on entry and that the homes have narrow doorways and corridors. If one of your party is disabled, please speak to the owner to ascertain suitability before booking.
